We are also PA DEP licensed for Radon testing (using continuous radon monitors) and PA Dept. of Ag licensed for Termite/WDI Inspections. We also provide Infrared (IR) Thermography.
A FREE 90 day limited home warranty and a FREE RecallChek are offered to our home buyer clients. RecallChek is a free report that reports the accessible home appliances' model numbers and lists whether any have been the subject of a manufacturer's recall. If any recalls are found, information is provided so that client can contact the product manufacturer for the recall repair.
Our inspection report is detailed and easy to read and understand and provides true value. Our report is typically 40~50 pages, not the vague 5~10 page checklist of YES/NO answers that some other inspectors still use. We include digital photos of areas of concern. Preventive home maintenance recommendations are also provided onsite and in the report which can help save our client money and help lower future energy costs.
