Tim came to my home to clean my carpets on 5/15 - the master bedroom, hallway, & stairs. On the phone to schedule the cleaning, I asked if furniture would be moved and he said yes, everything but the bed. In my 18x13 room - which he measured with his shoes, and not a tape measure - he deemed as "two rooms". In that room, there were 2 dressers, 2 nightstands, a king sleigh bed and a chair. The only furniture he moved was the chair. He also dumped the dirty water into the utility sink and left it covered in hair and debris, along with clogging the sink, because he removed the drain catch prior to doing so. When I questioned this, he stated that he only uses the utility sink when there are no toilets available! There are 3 in my home, and he never asked for this - only a sink to fill his machine. He "prides" himself on never having a negative review and yet when I approached him about his lack of service, he both deleted my review and blocked me. So, it leads me to wonder if this is how he treats all of his customers? I will NOT be doing business with this individual in the future nor will I be recommending him to anyone else.

Awful customer service!!! Stay away! My carpets looks exact the same. The owner is literally the rudest person I have ever spoken to on the phone. Extremely defensive.

He and his daughter did a wonderful job, got all the stains out and it looks like new. I would recommend him to anyone. Also the price is right.

Superb service! Very professional. Surprisingly affordable. Much better than others I have tried. I highly recommend him!
