How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
There are four owners but i became interested in pastry production way back in high school and then in trade school
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
we are a "made from Scratch" bakery with no preservatives added
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
this is our only and main location where everything is baked. However, we do wholesale out and there are many locations that buy and resale our products
